ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Restaurant Manager (SRM), you will oversee the operational performance of multiple Ippudo stores while developing Restaurant Managers into confident and independent leaders.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
• Consistent operational and business performance across assigned stores.
• Strong QSC and brand compliance.
• Restaurant Managers becoming increasingly independent and capable leaders.
• Successful new store openings and a strong internal leadership pipeline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee multi-store operations, ensuring consistent Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) and brand standards.
• Monitor and improve revenue, KPI, COL and COGS performance across assigned stores.
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers through structured feedback, guidance and performance reviews.
• Identify operational gaps and drive improvement across stores by sharing best practices.
• Support new store openings, including RM training, onboarding and operational readiness.
• Follow up on QA audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and developing future restaurant leaders.
• Report operational and business performance to the Head of Ippudo Business.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience managing large teams and/or multiple stores is highly preferred.
• Strong capabilities in people development, coaching and leadership.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, QSC, KPI, revenue and cost management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in Japanese restaurants or ramen brands is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
