[Nha Trang] Restaurant Manager

GOAL:

• Deliver exceptional WOW guest experiences through outstanding service and food quality.
• Build and inspire a high-performing team committed to 4P's standards and culture.
• Develop partners through coaching, training, and clear growth opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quality Excellence: Deliver memorable guest experiences beyond expectations. Ensure service, food quality, food safety, and store ambience meet 4P's standards. Monitor store KPIs and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen). Enhance team knowledge to continuously elevate service quality.
• People Development: Recruit, train, and develop new partners. Build talent pipelines and succession plans for key positions. Ensure timely training completion and continuous coaching.
• Business Operations: Own store P&L and drive sustainable business performance. Optimize labor costs, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and COGS. Maintain operational efficiency while delivering excellent guest experiences.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant chains.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
• Aligned with 4P's values: Omotenashi, Authenticity, Kaizen, and Compassion.

TRAINING & WORKING SCHEDULE:

• 3–4 months onboarding and training at a designated store.
• 200 working hours/month, 8-hour shifts, 1 day off/week, flexible scheduling based on operations.

THE PACKAGE:
