- Phân bổ chỗ ngồi: Seat guests systematically to meet the needs of servers and business volumes.
- Tối đa hóa sử dụng cơ sở vật chất: Maximize the use of the facility and staffing.
- Trình bày thực đơn sạch sẽ: Seat guests and present a clean menu.
- Hỗ trợ khách: May be required to pull chairs for guests and/or arrange (slide) tables together for large parties.
- Thực hiện công việc phụ: Perform all side work as assigned.
- Giám sát dòng khách: Monitor the line to assist with the control and flow of traffic at the door.
- Giữ gìn vệ sinh nơi làm việc: Keep the work environment clean and organized, free of clutter.
- Quản lý thực đơn: Collect the menus and discard any that are tattered, torn, or dirty.
- Chuyển giao ca làm việc: Assure a smooth transition during shift change, remaining on duty in position until a replacement is present.
- Chuẩn bị bàn: Ensure tables are properly set to start each shift.
